BursarGet early access

Questions, answered.

Short version: it chases for you, politely at first, until paid, then stops.

#01

When does chasing actually start for me?

Early-access members are first in line when the email-chasing core ships. We'll email you the moment it's live, and nothing else: no newsletters, no check-ins. No invented dates, and no promises we can't keep.

#02

Which invoicing tools will Bursar use?

At launch it reads your invoice ledger read-only from Wave, FreshBooks, or QuickBooks, so chasing starts without switching tools. More platforms follow as they're wired up.

#03

Which channels will Bursar use?

Email first, then SMS, WhatsApp, and voice as they roll out. Each one runs only where you opted in, never without your say-so.

#04

How does Bursar learn my voice?

Before anything schedules, you review drafts Bursar wrote from the emails you've already sent. Nothing runs in a voice you haven't seen and approved.

#05

How does Bursar know an invoice is paid?

Payment signals from Stripe or your bank email cancel every scheduled message and call. Bursar never chases a paid invoice. If it can't confirm, it pauses and asks you rather than send.

#06

What if a client just will not pay?

The run stops at +21 and hands back to you, with every message on file. Bursar never threatens, never chases past your say-so, and never past a paid invoice.

#07

What happens when a client replies mid-chase?

Their reply lands in your inbox exactly as it does today. Bursar never answers a client for you; it only sends what you approve, in the stages you approved. If a reply raises a dispute or a payment objection, the chase pauses and comes to you.

#08

Will automated chasing hurt my client relationships?

The messages come from your address and read like you, because they are you. Gentle stays gentle, the firm stages wait for your approval, disputes pause the run, and the chase stops the instant payment lands.

#09

Will it sound like a collections agency?

No. The copy goes from polite to firm, never threatening, and stays FDCPA-safe. It sounds like you because it writes in your voice, not like an enforcer's.

#10

What if a client disputes the invoice?

Bursar pauses the chase and brings the dispute to you. Nothing gets pushed while it's contested.

#11

Will chasing actually get me paid?

Most late invoices are collectable: 75% are paid within 14 days of the due date. The money is there; it just isn't being chased. Bursar's whole job is closing that follow-through gap.

#12

Can I approve what gets sent?

The firm stages, +14 and +21, need your one-tap approval before anything leaves. The gentle stages run themselves.

#13

How much does it cost?

Free during early access, then a planned $99/mo at launch. No per-invoice or per-channel fees, and you can leave any time.

#14

Where does my data live?

Only what you connect, and only to run your chase: your ledger, your payment signals, the copy you approve. We don't sell data or spam you, and you can pause any client or invoice any time.
